Mentoring Services

The Beatles sang that they “get by with a little help from my friends.” If we are lucky we have a solid support group of friends and family who help us through life’s ups and downs. But having a mentor offers a different type of professional support. And for women trying to navigate the challenges of leadership, this can be a crucial component for success.

Research shows that mentoring has tremendous benefits for the mentee, the workplace, and the mentor. However, a 2017 study reported that only 54% of women executives have access to a mentor. And with women holding less than 30% of public school superintendent positions, 36% of US independent school head roles and 38% of secondary headteachers in the UK,  women in education need access to mentors now more than ever.
